Hey, I’m Monica. I love solving complex product challenges

"Empathy is my design superpower"

As a user experience and product designer I bring ideas to life. I solve complex problems by translating actual user needs into meaningful solutions. My approach is holistic and I don’t subscribe to one single discipline. I love to design, research, prototype, and experiment. By placing the user first in a technology-enabled world, I design thoughtful experiences.
Currently, I'm working as a User Experience Designer at Luxoft where I help clients like Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Aston Martin to create user friendly and intuitive digital Infotainment dashboards which take care of driver distraction. I’m passionate about technology.

I have worked in a wide range of domains including online retail, healthcare, automotive and web applications.
I find joy when products that I build are enjoyed by customers or when I see my team members growing and learning.
When I'm not at work, I am probably exploring new food or recipes.
